For more than 25 years, Effició® has worked with company owners to develop the capability needed to steward and operate their businesses with precision and longevity. We are an education firm focused on what it takes to build companies that function well, sustain over time, and operate under the competent direction of their owners.

Our work is grounded in structure, standards, and the belief that company ownership requires ongoing education. The responsibilities of stewarding a business (infrastructure, operations, strategy, and continuity) are complex and cumulative. They require sustained attention and disciplined learning applied directly within the company itself.

CORE: A Two-Year Education Program

CORE is our current education offering, designed for company owners committed to a formal, two-year learning experience. It’s high-touch, limited to eight scholars per cohort, and structured around applied work within your business.

The program addresses how companies are built, operated, and sustained. You’ll engage with business infrastructure, operational strategy, business model development, and the ongoing responsibilities of executive stewardship. Learning happens through execution, where decisions are made, work is completed, and systems are built within the company you own.

• Cohort Size: Eight scholars
• Cohorts Begin: January and August
• Tuition: $28,000

What You’ll Work On

The education addresses the foundational responsibilities of operating a company, including business infrastructure, business model design, operational efficiency, and executive stewardship.

These areas are taught as integrated responsibilities, not standalone subjects. Learning is cumulative and applied directly to your company as you build it.

Who This Is For

CORE is designed for company owners who operate active businesses, value depth and sustained engagement, are prepared to be evaluated against defined standards, and are willing to make this education a priority. Your company employs 20 people or fewer. It’s operating, generating revenue, and represents your life’s work.

How Learning Works

Everything you learn is applied directly to your company. Strategy, infrastructure, and operational learning are addressed through decisions made and completed work. The education is cumulative, standards-based, and requires sustained engagement throughout the program.
