A 24-Month Education Experience
CORE provides a sustained educational environment for the continued development of your company and the capabilities required for its stewardship. Over 24 months, learning is developed, applied, and evaluated through work within your company.
We built this program to consolidate more than two decades of educational work into a single, coherent course of study delivered as a continuous experience. Scholars enter as part of a cohort, but complete the full curriculum independently, progressing alongside their cohort peers.
How CORE Is Organized
CORE is structured as a layered system that addresses how you prepare for education, how you operate as a CEO, what you learn, and how learning continues beyond completion.
The program progresses through five areas:
Positioning establishes grounding, orientation, and shared expectations for engaging in the education.
Foundations shapes how scholars make decisions, execute work, and hold responsibility within their companies.
Curricula provides structured learning across essential business domains.
Enhancement & Enrichment add developmental depth through synthesis and learning support.
Credentialing ensures verification of learning and continuity beyond the two-year experience.
This structure ensures learning is cumulative and connected throughout the experience.
What You’ll Learn
CORE addresses how operational companies are structured, operated, and sustained over time.
Across two years, you’ll engage in sustained study and application related to:
- Building and maintaining business infrastructure
- Directing and operating durable business models
- Stewarding operational systems and accountability
- Developing executive capacity and CEO practice
- Sustaining company continuity beyond individual contribution
These areas are revisited throughout CORE as you progress through different stages of responsibility, execution, and evaluation across the two-year experience.
Applied Learning Through Your Company
Learning in CORE is applied directly to your company. Strategy, stewardship, and operational work are addressed through decisions, execution, and completed work, with simulations and case studies drawn from your company’s lived experience.
You’ll learn concepts within education, apply them immediately in your business, complete work to standard, and reflect and integrate as you move forward.
Learning is not separated from practice. Execution is the learning environment.
Evaluation and Standards
Progress is evaluated throughout the two-year experience against defined competencies. Evaluation reflects sustained engagement with the education, application of skill sets within your company, and demonstrated development over time.
Standards apply across the full duration of CORE. Completion is determined by consistent participation and demonstrated effort in meeting education expectations.
Cohort Structure
Each CORE cohort typically includes eight scholars. This structure supports direct engagement, meaningful feedback, consistent academic oversight, and depth of learning.
Cohorts begin in January and August each year.
Enrollment opens four months prior to the start of each cohort. For current enrollment status and Executive Briefing availability, visit the Executive Briefing page using the button below.
Time Commitment and Tuition
CORE requires consistent engagement across the full two years. You should expect ongoing learning activities, execution within your company, and regular evaluation.
Tuition: $28,000 (for the complete two-year experience)
Who CORE Serves Well
CORE serves company owners who hold the CEO role and remain actively engaged in the continued development of their companies. They approach ownership with a deep sense of responsibility for the company and its stewardship over time.
They value depth, disciplined learning, and the opportunity to strengthen their executive skills and judgment in the areas that most directly affect the company’s operation, direction, and continuity.
CORE is best suited to those who are prepared to make ongoing development a sustained priority.
Why an Executive Briefing Is Required
The scope, duration, and applied nature of CORE require conversation before application.
The Executive Briefing provides space to clarify how the education operates in practice, discuss expectations around execution and time commitment, and determine alignment.
This conversation supports informed decision-making and protects the integrity of your education experience before an invitation to apply is extended.
