Effició® is an education firm. For more than 25 years, we’ve worked with company owners to develop the capability needed to steward and operate their businesses with precision and longevity.

Our current program is CORE, a two-year education for company owners committed to building fully capable companies.

CORE: A Two-Year Education Program

CORE is a formal education experience designed for company executives prepared to commit to sustained learning and disciplined execution.

• Education Length: Two years
• Cohort Size: Eight scholars
• Cohorts Begin: January and August
• Tuition: $28,000

CORE is high-touch, high-accountability, and structured. Participation requires continuity and completion across the full two years.

What You’ll Work On

The education addresses the foundational responsibilities of operating a company: business infrastructure and operational systems, business model design, operational strategy and decision-making, and executive stewardship.

These areas are taught as integrated responsibilities, not standalone subjects. Learning is cumulative and applied directly to your company as you build it.

Who This Is For

CORE is designed for company owners who are actively responsible for the direction and performance of their business. You employ 20 people or fewer. Your company is operating and generating revenue.

You value depth and sustained engagement. You’re prepared to be evaluated against defined expectations. You’re willing to make this education a priority for two years.

How Learning Works

Everything you learn is applied to the company you own or lead. The work involves active decisions, execution, and completion within your business. Your company is the receiver of all executed learning.
