Practice Labs are now available as part of the CORE education experience. These online interactive environments support scholars as they live and work as CEOs inside their companies, providing continuing guidance for the daily practices, decisions, and standards applied throughout the program.
The labs are structured as returnable workspaces that scholars use throughout their education. Each lab brings together standards, methods, references, and practical guidance that accompany the day-to-day work of stewarding a company.
CORE scholars begin with three Practice Labs that establish consistency in documentation, research, and technology management. The Documentation in Practice Lab establishes standards for document structure, formatting, presentation, and enterprise artifacts. The Research in Practice Lab focuses on question development, evidence gathering, and decision preparation. The Technology in Practice Lab addresses the evaluation and use of technologies, software applications, artificial intelligence (AI), and related enterprise considerations.
Additional Practice Labs include Communication in Practice, Work Continuity in Practice, Presentation in Practice, and Authority in Practice.
These Practice Labs complement the broader CORE education experience and reflect Effició’s approach to establishing professional standards, practical application, and enterprise stewardship throughout company development.
