    Season One was publicly available and focused on introducing core concepts and frameworks.   • December 2025 January 2026 Cohort Application Deadline

    The application deadline for our January 2026 education cohort is December 10. This cohort represents the first entry point of the new year for company owners ready to begin CORE, Effició’s two-year education experience.

    January cohorts mark the beginning of our education year. Starting in January allows scholars to align their education with the natural rhythm of business planning and goal-setting that happens at the start of the calendar year. It provides a clear entry point for company owners who have spent the previous months evaluating the program and preparing for the commitment.

    CORE requires sustained engagement over two years. Beginning in January gives scholars the full year ahead to integrate learning into their operational planning and execution. The timing supports the applied nature of the education, as scholars are working within their companies throughout the program.

    The Executive Briefing remains the required first step for anyone considering CORE. These conversations provide clarity on how the education operates, what participation requires, and whether the program aligns with your goals as a company owner and CEO.

    Each cohort is limited to eight scholars to ensure depth of learning, direct engagement, and meaningful feedback throughout the two-year experience. The application process includes the Executive Briefing, submission of required materials, and admissions review.

    The Effició Library is now available to CORE scholars. This curated collection has been designed to deepen inquiry, strengthen our educational philosophy, and equip scholars with advanced tools for decision-making and execution within their companies.

    The library offers an expanding range of resources organized to support sustained learning and authentic practice within the Effició model. Scholars will find research materials, archived content, and multimedia resources that align directly with the curriculum and applied work in CORE.

    This is a structured space for reflection and deeper engagement with the concepts being studied and executed throughout the two-year education experience. The collection will continue to grow as the program develops, ensuring scholars have access to the materials needed to support their learning and application.

    The library reflects our commitment to providing comprehensive educational resources that extend beyond live sessions and curriculum materials. It serves as a complement to the ongoing work scholars are doing within their companies and offers additional depth for those who want to explore specific areas more thoroughly.   • October 2025 Spring Education Cohort Enrollment Opens

    Enrollment for our Spring 2026 education cohort is now open. This cohort will begin in January 2026 and represents the next opportunity for company owners to enter CORE, Effició’s two-year education experience.

    CORE alumni can now participate in quarterly peer exchange calls. These sessions have been designed to foster collaboration, practical support, and ongoing connection among company owners who have completed the two-year education experience.

    The peer exchange calls provide a structured space for alumni to discuss challenges, share insights from their ongoing work, and engage with others who understand the Effició model and approach to company stewardship. Participation is optional and available to all alumni who wish to remain engaged beyond their formal education.

    These calls complement the existing alumni structure and credential pathways. They are intended to support continuity of practice and provide alumni with access to a network of peers who are navigating similar responsibilities within their companies.

    The quarterly format allows for regular connection without requiring the ongoing time commitment of the full CORE program. Alumni can participate in the calls that align with their schedule and the topics or questions most relevant to their current work.

    This expansion reflects our recognition that education and development continue beyond the two-year CORE experience.   • August 2025 Education and Learning Portal Now Live

    Effició’s Education and Learning portal is now operational. This platform serves as the central hub for all curriculum materials, live training schedules, course syllabi, action plans, and implementation guides related to CORE.

    The portal has been built to support applied learning. Every concept introduced in CORE is designed to be translated into tangible execution within the scholar’s business. The portal organizes these materials in an integrated system that scholars can access throughout the two-year education experience.

    Scholars will use the portal to engage with structured curriculum content, track their progress through different stages of the program, access resources related to specific domains of study, and coordinate live training and feedback sessions. The platform also houses implementation guides that support the work scholars are completing within their companies.

    This system unifies what was previously distributed across multiple platforms and communication channels. The goal is to create a seamless educational experience where scholars can focus on learning and execution rather than navigating disconnected resources.

    The portal reflects our commitment to structured, disciplined education.
