  • May 2025 Core Curriculum Enhancements Completed

Significant enhancements have been made to the CORE education curriculum. New content and refinements have been added across multiple domains, with particular focus on AI-assisted operations development and process implementation strategy.

These additions reflect our ongoing commitment to ensuring the education addresses the current responsibilities and challenges company owners face as they build and operate their businesses. The curriculum now includes advanced material on integrating AI tools into operational workflows, developing processes that can scale with company growth, and implementing systems that support long-term sustainability.

The enhancements maintain the structure and standards of CORE while deepening the content available to scholars. All additions are designed to be applied directly within the scholar’s company as part of the ongoing work throughout the two-year education experience.

Process implementation strategy has been expanded to address how company owners can design, test, and refine operational processes that support consistent execution and accountability. This work connects to the broader education on business infrastructure and operational systems.

The AI-assisted operations content addresses practical applications of AI tools within small company contexts. The focus is on using these tools to strengthen decision-making, improve operational efficiency, and support the company owner’s ability to execute their responsibilities more effectively.

These curriculum enhancements are now integrated into CORE and are available to all current and future scholars. The updates reflect our commitment to maintaining relevant, rigorous education that prepares company owners for the full scope of stewardship their role requires.

  • April 2025 Credential Practice Phase Expanded

Red Diamond Practice, the credential practice phase of our education continuum, has been expanded to include additional strategic tools and archived session access. These enhancements deepen the credential experience for scholars who have completed CORE and are pursuing the Certified Strategic Business credential.

The expanded resources provide scholars with ongoing support as they apply the principles and practices learned during their two-year education. The strategic tools address specific areas of business operations, decision-making, and executive responsibility that require continued development beyond the formal education period.

Archived session access allows credential candidates to revisit key concepts, review specific training materials, and engage with content that supports their ongoing work within their companies. This library of materials serves as a reference point as scholars continue to build capability and refine their practice.

Red Diamond Practice is structured to bridge the completion of CORE and the attainment of the Certified Business credential. It provides a defined space for scholars to demonstrate sustained application of their learning, receive feedback on their continued development, and maintain a connection to Effició’s standards and approach.

The expansion reflects our commitment to supporting company owners throughout the full credential pathway. Education and development do not end with the completion of the two-year program. The credential phase ensures that learning continues, standards are maintained, and scholars have the resources they need to continue growing in their capacity as CEOs and stewards of their companies.

  • March 2025 Credential Phase Finalized

The Certified Business credential has been finalized as the conclusive step in Effício’s education continuum. This credential represents the completion of a comprehensive pathway that begins with CORE and continues through structured oversight and performance tracking.

The credential phase has been designed to verify sustained application of the principles, practices, and competencies developed throughout the two-year CORE education experience. Scholars who pursue this credential demonstrate ongoing commitment to the standards and responsibilities of company stewardship.

Structured oversight is now fully integrated into the credential process. This includes defined checkpoints, evaluation of applied work within the scholar’s company, and documented evidence of continued development in the areas addressed through CORE. Performance tracking ensures that credential candidates maintain consistency with Effició’s educational standards.

The Certified Business credential serves as formal recognition of a company owner’s capability in business infrastructure, operational strategy, business model development, and executive stewardship. It reflects not only completion of the education but continued practice and application over time.

This credential is available to CORE alumni who meet the requirements and choose to pursue formal verification of their learning and capability. The pathway is structured, evaluated, and tied directly to the work scholars complete within their companies.

The finalization of this credential phase completes Effició’s education continuum and provides a clear framework for company owners who seek ongoing development, accountability, and recognition as they continue to build and steward their businesses.
