CORE alumni can now participate in quarterly peer exchange calls. These sessions have been designed to foster collaboration, practical support, and ongoing connection among company owners who have completed the two-year education experience.
The peer exchange calls provide a structured space for alumni to discuss challenges, share insights from their ongoing work, and engage with others who understand the Effició model and approach to company stewardship. Participation is optional and available to all alumni who wish to remain engaged beyond their formal education.
These calls complement the existing alumni structure and credential pathways. They are intended to support continuity of practice and provide alumni with access to a network of peers who are navigating similar responsibilities within their companies.
The quarterly format allows for regular connection without requiring the ongoing time commitment of the full CORE program. Alumni can participate in the calls that align with their schedule and the topics or questions most relevant to their current work.
This expansion reflects our recognition that education and development continue beyond the two-year CORE experience. Company ownership is an ongoing responsibility, and the peer exchange calls offer one way for alumni to continue learning, collaborating, and strengthening their practice over time.
Alumni who wish to participate in the quarterly calls can access scheduling information through the alumni portal or by contacting our team directly.
